Redbreast er kommet med en ny aftapning, Kentucky Oak Edition. Deres triple destilleret new make har først ligge på american bourbon barrels og spanish oloroso sherry butts. Derefter er det afsluttet i 4 måneder på luft tørret fade fra Taylor family farm i Kentucky.

Nose: Opens with notes of freshly cut cedarwood, almond and vanilla. Sweet fruit and warming charred wood influences complement the pot still spices.

Taste: Cinnamon, nutmeg and clove build over time working in tandem with the oak’s rich tannins. Autumnal fruit notes delicately linger with sweet and decadent notes of brown sugar
toffee and vanilla.

Finish: Fruits are the first to slowly fade, leaving the pot still spices to linger in harmony with the sweet and intricate American oak.
