Isle of Jura kommer med to Cask Strength aftapninger på 15 og 30 år. Begge to kommer i begrænsede udgaver. Den 15 års er aftappet på stedet af Distillery Manager, Michael Heads og kan købes i deres visitors centre, Gordon & Macphail og hos The Whisky Exchange for £50 pr flaske.

Tasting Notes 15 years old:
Colour -€œ Deep rich mahogany
Nose -€œ Initially sweet with sherry overtones, really spicey, with strong hints of cinnamon, citrus notes with oranges in the background.
Taste -€œ Rich, orangey citrus, plums and black berries, honeyed long lingering finish, with just a hint of smoke and slightly salty. Til Whisky Live i Glasgow er de kommet med en 30 års Isle of Jura Cask Strength. Denne er destilleret i 1973, lageret på Gonzalez Byass Olorosso sherry casks og er valgt af Willie Tait, Isle of Jura Master Distiller og Brand Ambassador.

Justin Penman, Isle of Jura global brand manager, udtaler:"Only 450 bottles of this highly sought after, exclusive malt have been produced. Tasting Notes 30 years old:
The Cask Strength Limited Edition liquid has a walnut colour, with golden rays. It has a nose of delicate sherry notes, with almonds, cinnamon, chocolate, orange zest, and spicy fruit overtones.

Justin Penman fortsætter: "By allowing the whisky to mature for a long period of time in the Olorosso sherry casks, it ensures a delicate mellow flavour which is well rounded, smooth on the palate and has a long lasting honey finish."
